You use the HGX electronic fly, wasp and mosquito eliminator as follows:

1. Insert the 2 supplied AA batteries in the battery compartment, taking note of the + and - positions.
2. Press the switch on the handle and wave the HGX electronic fly, wasp and mosquito eliminator, so that the insects come into contact with the strings. Do not touch the strings after pressing the switch, because they are live.
3. Dead insects can be shaken or brushed off easily from the strings. Do not use water!
