1. Do not use sharp objects
   When you remove stubborn deposits, you must not use a sharp object or a metal scouring sponge. It may damage the non-stick coating of the parts. Use a soft brush or a sponge.
2. Clean the air-fryer basket
   Leave the basket to soak in a bucket with warm water and a few drops of washing-up liquid for 10 minutes. Then you can clean the basket on all sides with a soft sponge or a washing-up brush.
3. Clean the inside of the air fryer
   Clean the pan of the air fryer with a soft sponge, warm water and a little washing-up liquid. After cleaning the pan, you dry it with a tea towel.
4. Clean the heating element
   Remove the plug from the socket and turn the air fryer upside down. Pull open the tray, moisten a soft sponge with warm water and some washing-up liquid and squeeze it out properly. Clean the element. Brush difficult corners with a toothbrush. Dry the heating element.
5. Clean the outside
   Wipe off the outside of the air fryer with a damp cloth, possibly with a little washing-up liquid. Dry with a tea towel.

The air fryer does not smell fresh after cleaning? Cut a lemon in half and use one half to rub the basket and the other for the pan. Leave both parts to stand for 30 minutes. Then rinse the parts with lukewarm water and dry them with a tea towel.
