When to use leather cleaner?
Clean leather? HG leather cleaner reaches as far as the pore of the leather finish and provides a perfect basis for treatment with HG 4 in 1 for leather. This leather cleaner is suitable as a leather furniture cleaner. It is not suitable for open leather types, such as suede, nubuck and leather with a fully worn top layer. If in doubt, we recommend always testing on an inconspicuous spot first. If the treated area remains a darker colour after 30 minutes, then do not use the leather cleaner.
How do you use HG deep cleaner for leather?
Follow the steps below for correct use of HG deep cleaner for leather for example as a leather sofa cleaner or car leather cleaner.
- Shake well before use.
- Dampen a clean, soft cloth with HG deep cleaner for leather.
- Then clean the surface area using circular motions without any pressure. For stains, let HG deep cleaner for leather work for 10-30 seconds, then wipe away loosened dirt with a clean cloth. Take a clean cloth regularly when cleaning large surfaces.
- After drying (approx. 30 minutes.), treat the cleaned surface with HG 4 in 1 for leather.
A solvent will be needed to remove dried stains that have worked in to the finishing layer, such as ink, felt-tip marker, nail polish, etc. and deeply penetrated hair and skin grease. For example, acetone. This also affects the finishing layer. It is therefore important to prevent grime with HG 4 in 1 for leather or HG water, oil, grease & dirt repellent for leather.
